1. What products do you sell?

We specialize in high-quality, stylish, and comfortable baby fashion items, including clothing and accessories designed to keep your little ones cozy and adorable.


2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the items you want, add them to your cart, and complete checkout using one of our secure payment methods.


3. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, and iDEAL.
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.


4. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all product prices include applicable VAT in accordance with Dutch and EU regulations.
No additional VAT will be added at checkout.


5. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to customers within the Netherlands.

  • Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

6. How long will delivery take?

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Order Processing Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 15:00, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed the next business day.

  • Delivery may be affected by public holidays or courier delays.
  • Incorrect shipping details or other external issues may cause delays.
  • Regular shipping resumes immediately after holidays.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is processed, a tracking link will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
If you don’t receive it, check your spam/junk folder or contact info@babysleepy.nl.


8. Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

  • Change Address: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@babysleepy.nl.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

9. What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • We offer free return shipping.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you want to exchange an item, contact our support team first to guide you through the process.


11. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

  • If the courier is present, reject the parcel and notify us immediately.
  • If delivered in your absence, contact us immediately at info@babysleepy.nl with your order number and photos of the damage.
