Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

All delivery timelines are based on past order data. These estimates are approximate and provided for reference only.


Delivery Area

BabySleepy currently delivers to customers within the Netherlands.

  • Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on a business day (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 15:00, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Processing begins immediately once your order is placed.

  • Processing Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday)

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email within 24 hours after the order is processed.
  • If you do not receive it, check your spam/junk folder.
  • If still missing, contact us at info@babysleepy.nl.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times may be affected by public holidays or courier delays.
  • Incorrect shipping details or other external issues may cause delays.
  • Regular shipping resumes immediately after holidays.

Change of Address

To update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order:

We cannot modify the shipping address once the order is dispatched or in transit.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email.
  • If your order has already shipped, please follow our Return & Refund Policy.

VAT

  • All prices on our website include VAT.
  • No additional VAT will be charged at checkout.

Unexpected Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur.

  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If the courier is present: Reject the parcel and notify us immediately.
  • If delivered in your absence: Contact us right away for assistance.
