Thank you for shopping with BabySleepy. We want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery.
This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both:
Defective products
Non-defective products
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in new condition only
Be unused and undamaged
Be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are also accepted.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at info@babysleepy.nl so we can guide you through the process.
4. Return Method & Shipping
Returns are accepted by mail.
BabySleepy provides a prepaid return label for all returns — no cost to you.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the prepaid label included in your package.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5 business days
Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
